thanks ^redacted for the tag. I'm working on my 4th acquisition (all under the $1m SDE size) so can talk about the ins and outs if you want. MSPs (and other industries like HVAC) have crippling multiples right now, so first point is watch to make sure the monthly payment doesn't cripple your business (in other words, check your DCSR ratio with revenue fluctuations). Then evaluate contracts, processes, etc. Good luck!

I have a client who is looking to expand by acquisition in the MSP space, especially in Texas or the sunbelt. We have clients it would be a lot easier to service if we had local presence.
