This Motorsports Company for sale has revenue approaching 150Million and EBITDA is 15Million. This Company operates 4 of the premier Motorsports stores in California. Three of the stores, East Bay, Tracy and San Diego are operated as S-Corps and Temecula as a C Corp. Day to day operations and financial management are handled by the two owners, with controllers and strong departmental managers at each store. Each store has 6 core OEMs / Brands for success – HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI, POLARIS AND CAN-AM (BRP). Additional OEMs / Brands include CF MOTO, HISUN and KYMCO. All of the stores are full-service dealerships which include New and Used Sales Departments, a Service Department, a Parts and Accessories Department and a Finance Department. The dealer principals have a combined experience in the powersports business of over 60 years. The Nor Cal Stores are open Tuesday through Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday), San Diego is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday and the Temecula Store is open 7 days a week. The markets in which the stores operate are located in high income regions where the demand for motorsports is strong. The Company places an emphasis on Customer satisfaction in all departments, as that is critical to building and retaining a vibrant customer base. There are standardized procedures for each department, whereby employees are trained in each of their respective positions to listen to customers at all times and to resolve any customer complaints or issues within their ability to do so. Communication with the customers during the sales and finance process is strong. Any issues that would prevent a customer from giving a 100% positive review of the purchase process are resolved to the full satisfaction of the customer before purchases are completed. Additionally, all departments use a text messaging service whereby customers are regularly updated on their purchase, parts or service order(s). The regular, consistent, and convenient communication keeps customers satisfied with the services the locations provide. The service technicians are certified by the brands sold. This includes being sent to schools to keep them abreast of changes, new product service requirements, and maintaining skills. The principals, Phil and Jerry are willing to stay on for a period of 3 years to facilitate a smooth Management transition. Their well-trained staff will help to make the transition process seamless.
