I recently read Traction by Gino Wickman (part of EOS series) and thought it provided a great framework for operational success.. Has anyone embraced EOS in their business, and if so, how has it gone?

Are there any other books / resources you have come across that would be helpful to operational execution post-close?

Hi Brian, what stage is your company in? Are you primarily looking to scale, stabilize and automate it, or already preparing it for an exit? I have different recommendations for each. Cheers, Lukas

Brian, I highly recommend you "operations management for executives, by Philip Moscoso and Alejandro Lago". It's the book used at IESE Business school by MBA students on operational managment.
