More than one acquisition

Hi all,

We are currently facing something unexpected at the beggining of our search. We currently have two deals under LOI with high chances of closing. One of them is kind of a startup, young company (<5 years), small (~1M ebitda) with high growth (+40%YoY) and the owners will remain involved with some equity, while the other is more of a classical searchfund deal (2-3M ebitda with a solid historic growth).

We are a traditional partner searchfund and are currently debating whether we should try to do both deals in paralell, as the first deal is kind of "cheap" and wouldn't add a lot of equity to ask to our investors.

Has anyone faced this situation? Is there any success story of a searcher pulling this move?

As always thanks a lot to the community!

Reach out to us at redacted and we can see if we can help structure both deals simultaneously in a way that works with your traditional investors.

If both are good, any chance you can close one and circle back to the other some time soon? Circumstances permitting, of course...
