### After a successful first batch of interns (thank you Karthik and Taslim!), we're enthusiastic to welcome *more interns* to work with us at Espalier Partners ### ### The opportunity - Research and identify target companies that match our investment criteria using multiple web sources (Companies House, LinkedIn, trade directories, reviews, etc.) - Build punchy and articulate company bios and qualify them as potential targets - Enrich target company details to facilitate deal sourcing outreach: developing conviction, preparing notes on markets, owners, and customers - Author and help with direct outreach to business owners, customers and industry experts ### What we’re looking for - Energetic, 'no job too small', curious – you enjoy detective work online & connecting the dots to learn about companies and markets - Prior experience in sales, business development, client management, cold outreach or deal sourcing is a big plus - Clear, concise writer; confident with spreadsheets and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) - Motivated, self-starter who can work independently with light direction ### Experience you'll gain - Exposure to live deal sourcing, evaluation, and private-company investing - Opportunity to see how deals are found, evaluated, and negotiated from the inside - Progression possible: with successful performance, there will be opportunity to take on additional tasks such as involvement in deeper financial analysis - Practical learning experience for anyone considering a career in finance, entrepreneurship, or M&A ### Details - Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 8–12 per week) - Remote - Initial 3-month engagement, with the option to extend - Ideal for students or recent graduates with an interest in finance, investing, or entrepreneurship Please submit your CV and your application here: https://forms.gle/ram9wTmegogk4Gi67 Get in touch with any questions: redacted or redacted
