Does anyone know of a really good, affordable application developer? This is in the Retail space. I'm okay if they're offshore and come recommended.

The application being developed needs to be "engaging" (geared towards GenZ and Millennials) - think of interface as Facebook and Insta meets Tinder. Also need the developer to be savvy on integrating to backend inventory databases. Knowledge of how to use/integrate AI and recommendation tools a plus!
