Mobile app with 100K MAU ready to be optimized

We're looking to sell our app to move on to another venture. We have a really well built app, with 100K MAU but don't have the time to market the app, increase conversions, and add more features. This app has grown 100% organically (no ads or marketing) and at is peak was making $8k a month. We feel that we've laid the foundation to compete with the big earners in the space (who make $20k-$100k a month).
