ML/AI BASED ECOMM BIZ OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE OWNER SEEKING INTERMEDIARY

Our business helps brands, manufacturers, and resellers optimize their sales, marketing, performance advertising, and operations on ecommerce platforms (primarily Amazon, but quickly expanding to Shopify, Walmart, etc.). Our clients range from small startups, to multi-billion multi-national brands. Current ARR is $1.6MM driving ~$800k in discretionary income. Since April 2020, we have more than tripled revenue and are projecting >150% growth in the coming 12 months. 

We essentially have 2 products / services, the first is an automated SAAS reporting, analytics, and predictive analytics tool that helps brands identify insights on what happened, why it happened, and what will happen. The second product is software supported services that identifies what actions brands should take and provides execution services (~50% automated and we're increasing our automation for this product).
