Minority Capital Partner – SBA Acquisitions

I am looking to deploy $75K-$100K as an independent minority equity partner (<20%) alongside self-funded searchers pursuing SBA acquisitions. My preference is profitable service businesses with recurring revenue and clear operating models, although I am open to other business categories if the operator is an exceptionally strong fit. My objectives are governance structure, KPI discipline, and financial visibility post-close, and not operator oversight. Looking for a self-funded searcher at or close to a LOI, or in confirmatory diligence, and am interested in an operator-led model whereby you run the business day-to-day. If you don't have a target deal in hand, I'm not the right fit at this stage. DM with deal summary.

Hi, Craig - we have a couple of deals that are in line with your interests here. https://www.perma.partners/ - you can likely join us without fees, etc. (may have to spin up an LLC, but no fees to us, just co-invest in deals we've already sourced).

Hi Craig, we are a fund that does a lot of investing in the self-funded/independent sponsor search world. There are plenty of times where we are on a cap table with multiple investors. I would be happy to connect. redacted
