I second the comments of Roman and Arseniy. In addition I’d like to learn more about self funded search optimization tactics that allow you to maintain a full time job (albeit remote), while receiving high quality and quantity of deal flow (through brokers?). Also, an efficient way to digitally network with potential investors.

Would be interesting to hear about typical reasons/issues causing the acquisition process to fall apart at the mid-way or closer to the final stage and potential mitigation strategies. For example, does using intermediaries or brokers help to reduce the negotiation friction and facilitate more sustainable acquisition process.
