Millwork and Cabinet Shop - ISO Operating Partner

We own a well equipped architetcural millwork shop that needs to grow and needs to develop new leadership. We would like to find an operating partner to join the business and grow it significantly. The partner could buy in or earn in for their equity. We design and build custom woodwork that includes doors, cabinets, stairs and stair parts, mouldings and more. This could be a great opportunity for the right person, with or without experience, to earn "Sweat Equity". Or a person with experience could leverage the exisiting platform to grow.
