Micro PE's Europe ?

I am looking at a few small cap software/SaaS deals of German companies at the moment. I am looking for a co-investor / equity partner, but most of the PE or family offices I talked to told me the deals are too small for them to invest (revenues <3m, valuations <5m). I recently heard a lot about the investor class of "Micro PE", but the ones I found seem to be very US-focussed ( Does any one know a Micro PE that invests in Europe?
