Hi All, I'm close to being under LOI for an opportunity in the franchise space (single location, low purchase price, operates autonomously, with a visible path forward to growing the portfolio) at an attractive entry multiple. Seeking lenders (or even any equity/equity gap capital providers if there's an interest) who are able to lend on this.
