Micro Acquisition with Good Economics

Hi All, I'm close to being under LOI for an opportunity in the franchise space (single location, low purchase price, operates autonomously, with a visible path forward to growing the portfolio) at an attractive entry multiple. Seeking lenders (or even any equity/equity gap capital providers if there's an interest) who are able to lend on this. (If you saw my last post no, I do *not* need any operating partner for this particular opportunity. ) The anonymous "stats" for the business are as follows (more info can be provided privately): Revenue ~$550k EBITDA $106k Asking Price $250k This location is close to where I live so I'd be on site frequently while providing management.
