Miami searcher looking for a business to acquire

All - I am actively looking for a Miami based business to acquire. I have reached out to the broker community and it seems as though nothing on the market at the moment.

Hoping searchfunder community can help! Please DM me directly if you are aware of any businesses off market that meet the criteria below. I have checked and continue to check all of the common websites bizbuysell, bbfmls, axial, etc. on a daily basis.

- $1M-$3M EBITDA

10+ years operating history
Service business (hvac, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, property management, building cleaning services, etc.) or Manufacturing business (fasteners, medical equipment, cardboard products, food & beverage, etc.)

I have a similar investment box. My suggestion is reaching out to M&A shops across the region, not just Florida to get on their radar. Additionally, at that size you won't find anything decent on the bizbuysell type websites.

I suggest creating an off marketing deal origination machine for deal flow. You can look into creating a cold email campaign, linked campaign, attending networking events, and connecting with CPAs, financial advisors, and lawyers.
