Mentorship/training for first time CEOs

Are there programs, people out there that provide mentorship and or training for first time CEOs?
i am not worried about people management and soft skill fluff but more interested in any template that folks have used to keep the ship tightly run. Any cadences of finance, accounting, supply chain etc would be useful

^redacted‌, I had an excellent business advisor who was a “co-ceo” for me. It was especially helpful when I had outgrown my mentors. I have a couple advisors that I refer my clients to now depending on what their needs are. Happy to have a chat and share some names
