Hi all - we are experienced founders & investors, building Memogen - voice AI for knowledge transfer during small business acquisitions Having been a part of several deals, we've noticed that so much of the knowledge about how to run a business successfully lives in the owner's head, and often isn't properly captured and transferred to new ownership. We're a live voice AI interviewer that is designed to capture "all the stuff that isn't in the data room" from small business owners, - think processes, vendor quirks, customer history, tribal knowledge, edge cases - and turn it into a structured, searchable operating manual for the incoming operator. We’re opening a small beta and looking for a handful of people in the ETA ecosystem: - Brokers / advisors who want to offer their sellers a differentiated service - Searchers / buyers currently in diligence or within ~6 months post-close - Owners prepping for a sale who want to de-risk handoff In terms of outputs, buyers get: - A guided workflow for owner interviews (live or async) - Auto-generated SOPs, role/process maps, FAQs, “gotchas,” vendor/customer notes - A living knowledge base you can hand to your GM/team on Day 1 The voice AI interviewer can also speak with prospective buyers and/or sellers on behalf of a brokerage, and can be used before a deal goes to market, while a deal is in diligence, or even after a transaction has closed.
