Hi All,

Does anyone here have experience with setting a MedSpa MSO? Trying to understand the steps, cost, and how long that takes. Ideally it is set up from the beginning to allow for expansion across the states. Have an attractive asset that we may submit an LOI on but want to be sure I check this critical path box before going any further. Appreciate any advice, and thank you!
