Thanks for the mention ^redacted‌ - happy to chat - message me here and we can connect if you want. I think it really depends on the market, who you have as the service providers, and the nature of the clientele base.

I think it's broadly thought of where injectables (botox/fillers) are the core offering for many medspas, but we've seen established practices with anywhere between 25% and 80%+. Injectables have well-defined margins, with increasing margins on volumes (via the supplier/vendors discounts or better pricing).

Also happy to chat, I’m in Canada. I would second that marketing, staffing and COGS are the biggest costs. Our marketing I’m told is lower than our consultant was used to in Texas but so is the spend. redacted
