Medical Practice Manager

Role gives direct access to PE backed Operator/ Physician Investor Team About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing behavioral health clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and being part of a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. You’ll work directly with ownership to help scale the clinic, improve patient access, and drive overall performance. What You’ll Do Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience Manage front desk and clinical support staff (MAs, coordinators) Optimize scheduling to reduce gaps and improve provider productivity Monitor key metrics like no-shows, schedule utilization, and patient volume Support insurance verification, authorizations, and front-end accuracy Run daily team huddles and keep staff aligned and accountable Help implement new services and improve clinic workflows What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a medical or behavioral health office Strong organizational and leadership skills Comfortable working with data, schedules, and performance metrics Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented Experience with EMR systems (Tebra/Kareo preferred, not required) Compensation & Growth Base Salary: ~$50,000 Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus tied to clinic performance (strong upside) Growth Opportunity: Work directly with ownership and play a key role in scaling the business Why This Role Direct mentorship and exposure to how a healthcare business is built and scaled Opportunity to grow into a higher-level operations role as the clinic expands Be part of a team focused on improving access to high-quality mental health care
