Medical Industry Co-Sign

Hello guys, my business partner acquired a clinic. They now need him to have a co-sign in the medical industry. This could be a doctor, nurse, PT, physician, physicians assistant, or chiropractor. Does anyone know somebody who could be a co-sign? Or any resources or strategies to solving this issue. Thank you.

My business partner has owned the company for most of the year. It’s more of a certificate/licensing issue. It’s a weight loss clinic so it’s not like we need a dentist to operate the company.

How are you thinking of managing the cosigner risk/reward? Not sure if it's typical to grant equity in this situation or bring them on the cap table, perhaps as a minority investor?
