Question for the group. Would a medical device distributorship be valued in the same way a normal small business would (~3x SDE/EBITDA)?

Context: Medical device distributorship doing ~$6m in sales per year and netting 20% commissions of all sales. Working with surgeons across the country. Low overhead and maintenance, Requires 1-2 hours (max) per day answering administrative emails.
