Hello - I'm new to the search fund world. I am a 12-yr startup and M&A attorney but most recently served as CEO and Chairman of a $500M+ annual revenue company in CA. Late last year, I stepped aside from that company after raising over $200M in debt and equity capital and building the #1 national brand in the cannabis space (STIIIZY). do you like tech space Jon? check out video pitch our client at www.eMetaverse.AI...if not as an executive, i think you could be great Director. or CLI for that company....which begets the question: which way would you prefer to be involved in next thing? Director or pure investor? How many hours do you want to work per week? 20,40,50,60,75?
