Hello - I'm new to the search fund world. I am a 12-yr startup and M&A attorney but most recently served as CEO and Chairman of a $500M+ annual revenue company in CA. Late last year, I stepped aside from that company after raising over $200M in debt and equity capital and building the #1 national brand in the cannabis space (STIIIZY).
