Mechanical Contracting/Modular Construction

Hello Everyone,
I am currently looking for investors to help me get to the next level. Working on taking over a mechanical contractor that has recently###-###-#### stopped operations and has agreed to sellers financing on everything and pushing payment until I begin cash flowing. My intention is to revive their past customers and get things flowing and begin to offer modular pre construction services for the fluid systems i.e modular mechanical rooms, boiler rooms, pump skids and Modular Data Rooms.
