MBA summer paid position (work with ex-McKinsey & Private Equity in due diligence)

Dustin and Camila have been running their search fund, Viva Partners, for about 1 year. Their previous experience has been in private equity and McKinsey respectively. They are currently in due diligence with a company in healthcare while keeping their deal pipeline alive. They are looking for an MBA student interested in search funds (potentially looking to start their own) and that has previous experience in due diligence.  This is an incredible opportunity for anyone considering the search fund route as he/she will get a complete experience of what is to run a search fund. The person will get to: Lead our deal sourcing process Coordinate our group of interns Participate in the due diligence and deal structuring Have close interaction with our investor group More details about the position: Full-time Paid position Remote work Ideally start immediately  Duration of at least 8 weeks PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DUE DILIGENCE REQUIRED
