MBA summer intern - seeking start ASAP (to join ex-McKinsey, Private Equity team of 5x)

Seeking an MBA summer intern who can help optimize many of our search processes. Start date: ASAP. The MBA intern will join our team and gain exposure to a highly unique approach to search. Seeking 20 hours/week (option to expand to 40 hours / week esp if candidates desires to compress internship into a 4-6 week period). Our team consists of 3x partnered searchers (and growing) with a full-time, dedicated deal team augmenting search efforts in parallel. Refined and automated processes have allowed new searchers who join our cohort to go from 0 to high volume, quality deal volume in as little as 3 weeks (*compare to 4-9 months setup time when starting a new search). New searchers integrate directly into our scaled search infrastructure. We have conducted interviews w/ >150+ search funds identifying some of the most common pain points when starting and operating a search. We have carefully built our search processes to address these challenges, develop infrastructure oriented to run longterm, and scale to new, select searchers who join our cohort. While our processes are robust today, we are seeking an MBA intern to take us to the next level. Our search partners are executing search across the USA, PE-backed, and operating in a self-funded sponsor model.
