MBA student eager to learn about healthcare operations (HR processes)

Adolescent Wellness Academy is a growing mental health treatment center. We offer intensive outpatient programs for adolescents. We acquired the facility in December 2023 and are doing an overhaul in all internal processes. We have an exciting opportunity for an MBA student with HR experience eager to learn more about the operations of a healthcare facility. The student will support in designing all HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and culture transformation.
