Job Description MBA Interns opportunity to assist with the acquisition process. The interns will have an opportunity to be involved at all stages of direct sourcing, including finding existing businesses, filtering them against pre-defined criteria (location, industry, cash flow), drafting introductory emails, sending letters to business owners, and initiating follow-up calls. Valuable experience, flexible working hours, recommendations and references provided to support future employment. Knowledge and skills: · Good command of Microsoft Office programs · Ability to draft professional letters/emails · Ability to analyze financial documents/data · Good communication skills · Interest in the process of business acquisition Working hours: 20 hours per week or more depending on summer schedule.
