MBA Chief of Staff Intern

Part-Time MBA Intern – Chief of Staff (Outbound Process) Unpaid Internship We’re looking for a part-time MBA intern to act as a “chief of staff” and help manage the outbound process we’ve built for business development. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to finance, sales operations, and executive-level strategy in a firm that supports VC- and PE-backed companies. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee outbound outreach campaigns targeting VC- and PE-backed companies Track progress, follow-ups, and results in CRM/spreadsheets Assist with messaging refinement and list-building Provide strategic input on improving process efficiency Serve as a thought partner to the founder on outbound growth initiatives Qualifications: Current MBA student with strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and structured processes Interest in finance, strategy, or business development (bonus if familiar with private equity or venture capital) Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-moving environment Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours (5–10 hours/week) Remote Unpaid, but with direct exposure to how financial services firms engage and scale with VC- and PE-backed clients
