Rubin & Rudman in Boston. They handled all of my corporate law work for my small business and they do a lot of M&A work. The attorney I worked with was very conscious about the balance between spend and value add, and would let me know if something was going to take a lot of his time and not be worth it to me. I'm using them to sell my business!
