We’re very flexible on fee structure (no retainer, no milestone payments and fees capped usually at 1-2% of the purchase price, payable at closing). Rubin & Rudman in Boston. They handled all of my corporate law work for my small business and they do a lot of M&A work. The attorney I worked with was very conscious about the balance between spend and value add, and would let me know if something was going to take a lot of his time and not be worth it to me. I'm using them to sell my business!
