Mass catering | Food operator

I am in the process of acquiring a company in mass catering industry in Poland. Business is based on recurring revenues, asset light/low capex, FCF/EBT > 80%, valued ~4xEBT_LTM (2,5xEBT_2023/24 budgeted), growing over 30% YoY, non-financial reasons of selling.
