Thanks for the tag. ^redacted‌…For me, it’s all about trust and consistency. Keep investors in the loop, make sure employees see how their work ties to the bigger goal, treat customers like partners, and stay ahead with regulators. One clear story, told well, keeps everyone aligned.

I like the V2MOM framework by Mark Benioff, CEO of Salesforce. Like any relationship, consistent and clear communication is key. Stakeholders need to know where they're going, how they're going to get there and the role they need to play. Assuming everyone is aligned with incentives, this allows everyone to bring clear value to the table. Many times, stakeholders want to contribute, but they just don't know how. Lead.
