I'm working on an updated executive compensation model.

I'm sure this is something many of you are thinking about as well, so hopefully, we can get a productive conversation going about it.

Love to engage on this if about exec team. We have mgmt. team members outside of me who have papered equity ownership, and then have quarterly profit share model in place for our entire team. Certainly not perfected, but happy to share my learnings and experiences with it so far (it was in place when I acquired this biz)
