Magazine Growth Playbook?

I'm looking at a deal for a content business (physical magazine). Does anyone have (or have come across) a good playbook for growth and operations of a content business, particularly a physical content business?

Would also love to collaborate if interested.

Interested in following this. I have taken Codie Sanchez's "Building a 7 Figure Newsletter" course, that is now being rebranded as "Your $1 Million+ Newsletter", I believe it is relaunching on appsumo.com, so you should be able to get it for less than full price if you wait about a week. Also, I think if you try to create the sales model of online only, print only or online & print version for pricing, this is a way to maximize your sales. It seems most media is trying to drive more digital subscriptions as you can lower your costs.
