Baseload Holdings is a permanent capital holding company acquiring and operating utility service businesses across the US and Canada. Founded by two former energy & infrastructure CEOs who have each scaled startups from $3M to $50M+ in revenue, raised over $100M in capital, and bring experience from a successful IPO and Oracle acquisition — we're actively building a portfolio of essential infrastructure companies for the long term.
We're looking for undergraduate interns to join our sourcing effort on a part-time basis (6–8 hours/week, ~10 weeks, unpaid). Interns work in pairs with the support of a co-founder to cold-call owners of bootstrapped utility service companies from curated target lists, warm them to a conversation, and participate in follow-up calls as deals progress.
Great fit for students interested in ETA, lower middle market M&A, infrastructure, or sales — you'll get direct exposure to live deal origination at a funded platform with an active pipeline.
Remote. Rolling start. All undergrads welcome.
