M&A MBA Associate Intern

Octapus - incorporated by Mexico-based search fund Tara Capital - is an aggregator of cloud and cybersecurity solutions in Latam. We are looking to hire a remote MBA Associate to support Octapus´s deal origination and execution activities and take an integral part in the deal cycle of the aggregator in the tech space. Candidates must be in the first or second-to-last year of an MBA or similar graduate program, be fully fluent in Spanish and have solid prior experience in investment banking and/or private equity with proven financial modeling and analysis capabilities.
