On September 24 I am hosting the M&A Investor Panel at the Cybersecurity Defense Ecosystem Summit, TopGolf Edison, New Jersey. The room is 80 to 100 cyber-first MSP and MSSP owners from the NJ, NY, and PA corridor. If you buy MSPs, fund them, or advise the people who do, this is a concentrated room. Most of these owners are not actively selling today, so the value is early relationships, not deals on the table. And they come prepared, with a business profile and a valuation in hand.
