While certain engagements may commence on a pro bono basis, those who demonstrate capability and deliver transactions shall be rewarded with either: • A 1% success fee on the closing enterprise value of the transaction, or • A 1% equity participation in the acquired enterprise and potential remuneration. In exceptional cases, consultants of demonstrable calibre may receive remuneration in advance, subject to discretion and terms. Select candidates I may decide to bring on full time, and be paid.
