Here at MP Advisory, a boutique middle-market M&A advisory firm, we are seeking a self-motivated M&A Business Development professional to source buy-side and sell-side opportunities by researching prospects, conducting outbound outreach via phone and LinkedIn, and booking meetings for firm leadership. Ideal candidates have strong business development, sales, or outreach experience, excellent communication and research skills, and the ability to engage credibly with private company owners. High performers will have the opportunity to expand into hands-on M&A execution work, including due diligence, transaction marketing, buyer outreach, and deal coordination. This is a 1099, performance-based role that pays $100 per qualified meeting, with uncapped earning potential and a flexible work arrangement. For each campaign, MP Advisory will provide clear target profiles and qualification criteria upfront so expectations are transparent.
