Every business a client sees has been through you: screened, checked against who the client actually is, written up so a first-time buyer can understand it, and chased with the broker until the questions are answered. This is not a spreadsheet seat. You pick up the phone with brokers and sit in on client calls. We’re looking for 2+ years in M&A, search, investment banking, consulting, lending or similar, fluency in SDE, EBITDA, DSCR and SBA deal mechanics, and strong, plain-English writing.
