Internship Program
We are seeking to assemble a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join as interns. The successful candidates will have the chance to contribute to various aspects of the deal process, including financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and client presentations.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct industry and market research to support client engagements and business development.
- Compile lists of potential acquisition targets (lead generation) and conduct initial screenings.
- Manage outreach and participating in due diligence activities, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation.
- Support the deal team in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Attend weekly team meetings and potentially meetings with target companies, financing partners and strategic buyers.
What we’re looking for:
- Motivated by making a lot of money without compromising integrity from Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, Search Funds, private market investing (traditional LBO firms), investment banking, and management consulting.
- An ability to think strategically and creatively to help identify solutions for industries that are poised for growth in the next five years.
- A hunger for continuous improvement: The process you step into will be well-defined, but I’m looking for people who are curious and always looking to learn, iterate and improve processes.
- Team players who love working collaboratively with colleagues so that everyone can learn, grow and win together.
- Previous internship or coursework related to finance, technology, consulting, investment banking, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
What you’ll gain:
- Access to cutting edge technology tools, training and hands-on experience working on live transactions and client engagements.
- Commitment to receiving incredible mentorship even after the internship program is over (a big promise Rich is willing to live up to).
- Exposure to various industries and opportunities for professional development.
- Networking opportunities with industry professionals and potential for future career advancement.
Please note that this internship is unpaid but we will offer a finder's fee between $1,000 to $10,000 on deals that are sourced and end up closing. Send resume and other additional info to redacted for closer review.
