LP Investors or Brokers to assist with equity fund raise

We are under LOI for our 9th acquisition in the North Park Group portfolio. It is our third raise of the year already, and therefore our historical LP investor base is getting stretched. We are looking for LP investors or brokers to assist with a fund raise for our remaining gap - roughly $2M in total. Minimum check size is $50,000 with a maximum check of $1.1M. Most brokers I have seen don't play down in this space - they all want larger fund raises. Our group has delivered north of 25% annualized returns to date. Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
