Lower middle market valuations in NY region?

Would be interested in views on current transaction multiples for healthcare services and manufacturing companies $500k-$1m and $1-$2m cash flow in NY, NJ, CT region.  Have they been trending up?

Healthcare services is all over the place depending on the sector.. Hot in-vogue healthcare services sectors can crack 10x TTM EBITDA for as little a $1MM EBITDA but with a not so hot sector it could be 3x.. Sorry...maybe not much help but there is huge variation. Without specifics to the sector, in general healthcare services valuations have been trending up the last few years.
