Low cost legal services for micro deal ($355K Purchase price)

I am under LOI for a a micro deal ($350K Purchase Price) and looking for an M&A attorney for this deal. This is a all cash deal for a Digital Marketing Company. We already have the draft of Purchase Agreement, we are looking for someone who would review and provide feedback on this deal.
