Looking to Support Search Fund Operators & Independent Sponsors (London-based M&A Analyst)

I’m an independent M&A / Corporate Development analyst in London, previously supporting buy-side acquisitions in the mid-market across Europe and North America. I’m looking to get more involved with search fund operators and independent sponsors, particularly around financial modelling, pre-LOI analysis, commercial diligence, and pipeline development. Longer term, I’m exploring the search fund path and keen to learn from those actively acquiring and operating lower middle-market businesses. Happy to connect or assist where useful.
