We are looking to sell a small/ish UK business. We’ve been burnt by overpromising and underdelivering brokers before and would therefore prefer a targeted off-market outreach mostly to a list of counterparties we’ve already identified. Based on feedback we received, such outreach is usually done by lawyers, former executives in the specific industry etc. (ie mostly individuals or boutique advisors). Does anyone have any experience working with such individuals/groups and if so, can you recommend anyone?

I would like to introduce our Atlanta-headquartered global accounting and advisory firm. We work extensively with acquisition entrepreneurs, investors, and operators and lower middle market space, supporting more than 100 transactions last year alone. Beyond financial due diligence, our team provides a full range of transaction and advisory services, including valuation, deal structuring advisory, restructuring and broader strategic support. Glad to speak with you anytime. redacted ^redacted

Corporate finance advisers / brokers tend to have industry specialisms. This helps them build relationships with your target acquirers. They also focus on different size of companies, which is reflected in their pricing structure. How specific can you be about your industry niche, size of company?
