I'm divesting a Canadian real estate asset and seeking a partner to reinvest the CAD directly into a promising Canadian business. Due to the current exchange rate, converting to USD is not financially viable. My preference is to acquire an established or emerging business in Alberta, but I'm open to opportunities across Canada.
