I'm an independent sponsor and recently came across an interesting super niche manufacturing business in the dental space with approximately $1M EBITDA. The deal is proprietary and I am getting close to agreeing on price with the seller on attractive terms.

One of the options I'm considering for this deal is to partner with a self-funded searcher who has experience in the dental (or at least medical) space and wants to run and grow the business. Must be willing to relocate to Southern California and be comfortable signing a PG on an SBA 7(a) loan. I can raise the required equity and am open to a 50/50 split of the economic.
