Looking to partner with searcher in NYC

We have come across a very interesting deal in New York City. It is a very stable business available at a very reasonable price. But, due to the nature of the business, it needs someone local to oversee it. The business does about $1M in EBITDA. It has limited growth potential, but also very limited downside. This business will not be eligible for SBA, but we can provide all the needed capital.
