Looking to meet up with other Sydney/Melbourne based independent sponsors / searchers

I realise that the community of Sydney based independent sponsors / searchers would like be small in itself - but would be good to catch up with other any based in SYD/MEL that operate on a deal-by-deal basis / is a search funder.

Here is the current state of play in Australia.
Over the past two years, there have been three self-funded searchers complete their acquisitions and one of those resulting in an exit. They are ^redacted, ^redacted and ^redacted (in partnership with Andy T).
Currently, there is one traditional (funded) search as well as three self-funded searchers (two are partnerships) active in Australia. They are ^redacted, ^redacted & ^redacted, ^redacted & ^redacted, and ^redacted.
It is likely we will see a further 6-8 searching in Australian in addition to the above (a mix of funded self-funded) in the next 12 months. The closest to raise would be ^redacted and ^redacted.
Many of these are doing their research of preparing to raise their funds now.
