Hey everyone! I'm a student at Columbia building Kelly Engineering ( www.kelly.so ) with a small team of friends from frontier AI labs and university research groups. We embed into search-fund-acquired companies and ship custom AI infrastructure in 4–8 weeks. Fixed scope. Software the company owns outright. No slide decks, no hidden fees. AI transformation comes up in a lot of theses and 100-day plans, but most searchers don't have a clear playbook for what it actually means once they own the company. Usually it just means three or four specific automations of the most expensive manual processes — built well, deployed, and owned. That's the work we do.
